Xi'an Xizheng Printing and Making Co., Ltd., a subsidiary to China Banknote Printing and Minting Corp. and Xi'an Banknote Printing Works, we are a key enterprise specialized in developing anti-counterfeit technology for People's Bank of China and bank bills and securities printing. In additional, authorized by China Banknote Printing and Minting Corp., we take charge of printing fractional currency of RMB, value-added tax invoice and regular invoice, traveler's cheque of Pakistan Muslim Commercial Bank, etc.
Established in 1989, the Company, formerly known as the Securities Company of Xi'an Banknote Printing Works, was restructured into Xi'an Xichao Securities Printing Co., Ltd. in 2000 and was named formally as Xi'an Xizheng Printing and Making Co., Ltd. in December, 2005.
Located in Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone, the Company, with registered capital of RMB 89.25 million Yuan and total assets of RMB 340 million Yuan, occupies an area of over 40000 m2 and covers some 26,000 m2 in terms of the construction acreage. Presently, there are 740 employees in our company, include 91 managers, 206 professional technicians in fields of designing, printing, minting, etc. with 400 staffs having received the college degree or above. Operators of every level have undergone rigorous technical training and boast technical expertise.

| Xi’an Xizheng Printing and Making Co., Ltd. chiefly takes charge of printing various bank notes for banks across China, we are a designated painting enterprise by banks in China, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, China Post Savings and Remittance Bureau, the State Administration of Taxation and provincial or municipal taxation bureaus, and we are also a designated unit of the Procurement Center of the Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China. Currently, our main products can be classified into notes and certificates, the former mainly involving cheque, promissory note, bill of exchange, and regular certificates for banking businesses, to name just a few; the latter mostly covering various bankbooks, permit for opening bank account of bank settlement account, foreign exchange registration certificate, etc. With the distribution and service network spreading a number of provinces and autonomous regions, the Company has been ranking top among the industry in terms of business scope, varieties and quantity of products. |

Being a national secret reproduction unit as well as a designated printing enterprise for examination papers of Shaanxi Province, we are equipped with sophisticated security and safeguard facilities and sound security institutions, with its gate-ban system, fire-control security, monitoring management, escort of products, secrecy work implemented in accordance with the standards of the printing and minting industry.
